Your Task
You will design a computer program, using pseudocode, an IPO chart,

The program should enable users to enter a range of values and then de-
termine and display the prime palindromic numbers in that range (inclusive).
You DO NOT need to code this program in C++, but it will be worth
bonus marks if you do (and it will help you to test your logic more thoroughly)
The Input
At a basic level, your program should prompt the user to enter the upper
and lower values in the range. To get more than just a passing grade your
program should allow the user to run the program multiple times and also
